Walk and smell the smells 
Smell the pleasant 
Letting the unpleasant just be 

Just wake up and sing 
Sing the songs you were given 
And those you were not 
Sing to know the difference 

Just wake up and do nothing 
Do nothing to seek everything 
The everything that’s woven into the nothing 

Just wake up
Until you don’t have to anymore 
Until the un-stillness merges with the stillness
Until the pleasant and unpleasant are one 
Until song and silence are one
Until there is nothing left and everything there
